Expanded, with connotation: Islamic evidences for claims made which prove the claim is coming from one of two sources: either the Qur’an or authentic hadith of the Prophet (ﷺ).

No Islamic claim is free of the requirement to bring forth the associated proofs or evidences for it being mandated or prohibited in the religion. Therefore, no individual should feel shy to ask anyone, whether a family member or a scholar, for the evidence when any such claim is made.
